The aim of Embodied Wisdom is to provide you with the support and encouragement you need to undo your conditionings including but not limited to any habits of thought, action, or belief accrued across one’s life span, that are preventing you from owning, knowing, feeling, and expressing your own natural worth as a human being.
Through discussion, meditation, and yoga, you will begin to feel and understand your problems, gain self-awareness, and feel more alive. The goal is to feel your innate value as a living person, to be able to provide yourself with the majority of recognition, respect, and understanding you desire, and only you can ultimately give. Doing so brings peace, and not just happiness.

This being human is a guest house. Every morning a new arrival.
A joy, a depression, a meanness, some momentary awareness comes
as an unexpected visitor. Welcome and entertain them all!
Even if they are a crowd of sorrows, who violently sweep your house
empty of its furniture, still, treat each guest honorably. He may be clearing you out for some new delight. The dark thought, the shame, the malice. Meet them at the door laughing and invite them in. Be grateful for whatever comes. Because each has been sent as a guide from beyond.
