Health and Wellness Guide
Sessions are available for either in-person or over the phone. My approach is holistic in nature inspired by depth psychology, existential thought, bioenergetics, holistic health, yoga, and other forms of eastern thought. This style of coaching is particularly helpful when it comes to issues related to anxiety, depression, inattention, self-esteem issues, relationship/attachment issues, problems with motivation, and meaning of life dilemmas.


Yoga
With a master’s degree in counseling psychology, my yoga instruction is informed by the realities of trauma, how it is stored in the body, how it creates tension, and such tension prevents one from living a more optimal life on all levels. I have studied both somatic psychologies, mainly bioenergetics therapy, as well as other traditional healing modalities such as tai chi and qi gong.
