Health and Wellness Guide

Sessions are available for either in-person or over the phone. My approach is holistic in nature inspired by depth psychology, existential thought, bioenergetics, holistic health, yoga, and other forms of eastern thought. This style of coaching is particularly helpful when it comes to issues related to anxiety, depression, inattention, self-esteem issues, relationship/attachment issues, problems with motivation, and meaning of life dilemmas.

A still body leads to a sound mind. A sound mind allows one to move in the direction of their fears, anxieties, and unhealthy emotions where the act of feeling into one’s suffering with pure non-judgmental attention, transforms it into something more grounding and life sustaining.

Yoga

With a master’s degree in counseling psychology, my yoga instruction is informed by the realities of trauma, how it is stored in the body, how it creates tension, and such tension prevents one from living a more optimal life on all levels. I have studied both somatic psychologies, mainly bioenergetics therapy, as well as other traditional healing modalities such as tai chi and qi gong.
